This movie is a well-written, well-directed project by a high school crew. It's no Endgame, but for its pay grade and the age of it's directing members, its a marvelous piece of film that strives to be pure cinema. The director has a bright future ahead of him. Good choice by the producer. Keep up the good work and don't let some salty students get you down!

I give this movie 10 stars for a fun mystery that doesn't require having kids to enjoy! When I saw it on the Showtime Family Zone channel for the free preview weekend it made me curious so I DVRd it; I'm glad I did because it was a fun mystery sans sex, profanity, and gore, but with lots of good laughs. The quirky humor and characters reminded me of 'The Adventures of Pete & Pete'; I would recommend it to any adults who enjoyed that show back in the '90s. Kids aren't required for viewing, just an appreciation of mysteries and quirky, clean humor, and feeling like a kid again!

I watched this with my family during our own "Saturday Movie Night" and we went and got snacks and the whole movie theater atmosphere; and it was a blast, it was a fun witty movie with some humorous moments. Overall I would definitely recommend watching this movie with the fam as it's a good time all around.

Debunkers, Inc. is a fun, goofy, and warm feeling film. The spirit and heart within the movie reminds me why people go into the filmmaking business. It has the electricity of a bunch of friends having an idea, creating a movie, and sharing it with the people. As a grounded adventure film, Debunkers, Inc. has something for everyone, especially those that come into it with an open mind and an open heart. At times the movie reminds me of The Sandlot, The Little Rascals, The Goonies and other films centered around a strong bonded group of friends looking to take on the mysteries and obstacles the world sets before them. So if you have some time, and want to go on an adventure, see what the Debunkers, Inc are up to.

"Debunkers, Inc" is very family friendly. The thought that kept coming to mind was that - this film reminds me of the Saturday series 'The Inspectors' about college kids interning for the Inspector General's office of the Postal Service- or something like that. Only in style, campiness and very soft drama. Only with "Debunkers, Inc" there is a direct link to the Scooby Doo concept. The story and overall intend is a cute, simple adventure mystery with an element of paranormal activity which sets up this group of high schoolers for a chance to show their skills. It's murder mystery in a very benign way, There is no violence and the film never gets anywhere close to thriller territory. It is all mid-morning weekend i/e approved. The acting is disjointed and a bit too theatrical, which if the whole concept would have been to go camp, would have been okay. But the supporting cast and a lot of the situational stuff stays bland and straight which creates a clunky, disenchantment air that causes the entertainment value to struggle to take off. Overall "Debunkers, Inc" is only going to appeal to a small, select audience. Like I said, that weekend mid-morning kiddie crowd. Unfortunately though, the movie never reaches it's inspired target as Scooby approved.

The Debunkers are a band of amateur detectives, who will do anything to become heroes while getting right - hence the LLC part of their name - but they're just geeks at heart. After all, their code names come from their favorite video games: Link, Snake and Dr. Mario. Now with their new intern, Canadian foreign exchange student Sheik, they're on a question to become the premiere mystery debunking business in the state of California. On the first day of senior year, the Debunkers are hired by two girls who need someone to discover who killed their friend. Soon, however, our heroes find themselves up against not only a killer, but perhaps the occult. I had a lot of fun with this movie. It seems like the springboard for a potential series, which I would not mind watching at all. It moved really quickly and had just enough quirky charm to keep me invested.

I had a lot of fun watching this movie. The description literally says that it's goofy high-school detectives-- you have to understand that it's going to be silly. Each character was individually charming and well-written, the movie was well-directed, and everyone who was a part of that project is incredibly talented. Give it a watch and don't listen to that unnecessarily scathing reviewer! Also, the actor who plays Link is real cute. Just saying.

A great storyline with clever plot twists and fun one-liners. Perfect mystery-solving movie to watch with the whole family (we found it on Showtime).

Randomly saw this on Showtime the other day and really loved it. It's a kids movie but it's still fun for adults and there's some real passion on screen. Well worth a watch!
