A legal mystery drama showing a lawyer exposing the dark side of the modern society with the help of a mysterious genius screenwriter. Ran Kagura is a lawyer who falsely accused her best friend, Hana Saotome, of being a murderer and is out of the legal industry. One year later, a legal essay with the same name as Ran's was posted on the internet and she is praised as a "skilled lawyer who knows no defeat". With the help of screenwriter Jin Kurosawa, the author of the essay, Ran resumes her lawyer activities to clear Hana's name.
