So far, I have found the "specials" on Netflix quite rushed or same themes over and over again. Tonight I came across Yours sincerely and I have never watched standup comedians from India but Kanan definitely was such an incredible surprise: it was funny, it was connected, it made sense, it was entertaining and his facial expressions are priceless. 10 for the effort and support! It was a good time pass indeed! More, more, more!

I'm not a pro I saw it cos I was bored and I loved every single minute of it, if you guys have time watch it it's good for "time-pass".

This act had it's own fun moments here and there at first ..and ....but well when u reach halfway the jokes seemed pretty boring and it was forcing us to laugh to that !...this act could have been better !

As far as being funny is concerned, it was funny. No It wasn't hilarious. There were funny moments and there were many. But certain aspects in those moments were interconnected very well and hence well written. Being Kanan Gill, it was well executed too and wonderfully climaxed. Watched it twice in two days. In other words, worth watching. Aham GacchAmi.

What a good quality writing content. Not a slang, just pure comedy. Highly intellectual but at the same time too foolish. Great job Kanan Gill. Hope you will get some time during this Covid-19 situaion and write for your next special. Can't wait. Ahmm Gachchami.

To, The concerned The bit stabbed in the back was the best. Many-a-times i had to pause the video to laugh properly. Much needed stand up in this hard times. Up to the mark. Veryyy good. Yours sincerely, Smit

The special is deeply personal and original. Kanan creates his own brand/genre of comedy with philosophical undertones (who knew right?) .There is wit and humor but above all there is so much empathy. In a world where comedy specials try their best to distract you from your ongoing existential crisis and mental health issues (Voldemort of our society), Kanan manages to pull off the most fun therapy session without being shrinky about it. He doesn't solve for anything, but just puts it out there that "it's okay" to feel these things and you can still go on, laugh about it and do whatever you want to do. You may enjoy this even more If you went to an ICSE school (or have studied Julius Caesar) If you realise how flawed the Indian education system it You were not the popular kid in school If you are a fan of Fight Club For all the people that thought Kanan was the "pretty one" in pretentious movie reviews, here he is with a special which is high on EQ talking about things which are not political, overtly sexual or are gossip/criticism. This is him talking about something human and basic as sadness, joy, friendship etc from the most Indian original perspective. P.S: I agree that The Teetar joke did not fit in this special but it's ok.

It started off like the starting salary of an Engineer but ended it like an ART.

Common Gill. Always though of you as witty and original comedian. You stoop down to generic comedy just to get to masses?! well if you win the masses, you lose the niche.
