Why is it you don't have meat-eater documentaries propagandising about the evils of grains and vegetables? Lectins anyone? Also, let's talk about excessive destructive land usage, loss of native species habitat, and the mass slaughter of animals in the process of planting and harvesting grains and vegetables. And then there's the chemical poisons used to grow and maintain crops. These are a few things to consider when eating your morning cereal with fruit. Why is the human gut so short, when compared to other primates? Why is our appendix becoming a vestigial appendage? There are many questions the vegan won't ask or care too know the facts of. So what's the difference between a vegan and a meat-eater? Psychology of the fanatical verses everyone else. Bon Appétit!
Controlled for other factors population's and individuals who eat moderate amounts of meat are healthier than vegans. That is the peer reviewed science. Also meat consumption is increasing not decreasing as claimed in this nonsense anti-science film. This film makes several dozen outright false claims. The data show the world is not "moving toward a plant based diet." Ultimately this film is exposes the fears and paranoia of hard core vegans. They are not talking about decisions, but rather about how they feel they ought to make decisions for you. As far as environmental concerns, look at the holding companies that produced/funded this film -- in includes people with huge carbon footprints.
It's extraordinary to see how defensive meat eaters respond to facts. It's like their whole existence is being threatened.
Interesting documentary, providing good information for why we can't continue consuming meat and dairy.
Agenda driven, I'll be polite and not say it's loaded with lies, but say "misinformation", instead. I've watched several of this type of "documentary" lately, and they would be alright if presented just as an alternate lifestyle, but they're meant to change everyone's eating preference to be like theirs. Our teeth are "omnivore" ie we eat everything lol, not grass grazers. Also, if meat was so bad, why do vegans so often make their food imitate the taste of meat?! Ultimately, the same vegan fanaticism, you won't learn anything new with this one.
Got angry listening to self absorbed vegans telling me what I should eat and how the world governments could enforce it. Then let's not overlook the loons that animals should have the same rights as humans along with citizenship and sovereign land rights.
I cannot understand why a certain population finds documentaries like this so freaking threatening??? It's like they feel victimized. The facts are simple the earth cannot sustain man's hunger for meat so things will be changing. This documentary gives you a glimpse of what our future may look like as we shift to a plant-based diet. More so it gives you a look at many present trends as this shift is already underway, as well as the technologies that will play a role in this transition. Like global warming (AKA climate change) this is reality not fanaticisms ... so please open your eyes and try and keep up. Economics dictates that almost all of us will need to change our diet ... meat as we know it today will be a thing of the past. This is evolution ... change comes whether you like it or not. Watch this and you will see where we as a species may be going as we approach a population of 10,000,000,000. POST: For those who like fact ... this doc has nothing to do with AOC. POST: Those parts about animal justice ... that was getting pretty silly!
