The Cowboy Hat Movie

When I first saw the poster in my "You might like this" section on Amazon, I got ridiculously excited! While I learned alot about hats and my favorite film characters wearing them over the years, I couldn't help but be annoyed after only 5 minutes into the movie... Is it just me or does the narration feel rushed? This Art fella needs to slow it down a little bit. And I don't need the clichéd Sam Elliot narration, but just slow it down, hell the documentary is only 80 minutes long anyway. And he stresses certain words and phrases with an emphasis thats just confusing and unnecessary most times. I'm really interested in Mr. Stetsons days in the west after being diagnosed with TB though... its that story that sounds the most interesting. Overall its not a bad documentary, but it is annoying. I don't like being read to like that. The narration sounds like its for elementary school kids.... wait, did I miss something? Now that I think about it, this feels very much like a kids documentary.... That makes alot more sense now!! This is an educational documentary for elementary and middle schoolers! Still 6 out of 10 from this grown-up.
