Hard to watch at times, but essential viewing to inform of what's actually going on at our beaches. I learnt so much - the facts and stat's are staggering and we absolutely need to put pressure on our government to stop these shark nets and drum lines. We need our sharks - they are part of the natural food chain - take out a link and it all falls apart. Please watch this documentary!

This film was the most informative and to the point documentary I've seen. With so much science backed facts, well spoken interviewees and beautiful cinematography, envoy showed why being the voice, being an "envoy" for sharks is so crucial. I loved watching it and learning so much and finally watching a documentary where they show the solution!!!

This documentary brings together a number of people to speak for the sharks, includes balanced scientific views, the raw data and presents solutions. It has been built on many years of dedicated work by the 'envoys' involved and tells their story clearly - it has done what none of the individual envoys or the organisations could do on their own. It has been beautifully put together and needs to reach millions. Please, on watching this documentary, undertake to take on at least some of the calls to action presented at the end.

This is something that has gone under the radar of public awareness for too long, but thanks to Envoy: Shark Cull the world is finally learning the truth. This film relays an important message about the cruelty to marine life that is unnecessarily happening, just 500m of our Aussie beaches, under the guise of the government beach-goer protection programs. Some amazing, though extremely disturbing, underwater scenes. Also showcases the beauty of the ocean and it's animals. Emotional and honest moments portrayed by the cast. Genuinely moving. Instead of dragging the chain, Aussie governments should be riding the wave of innovation - the message is clear.

This was such a great film! It had me in tears at points seeing how shark nets affect the ocean life. I learnt so much and continue to tell others about the film so they can learn too. Everyone needs to know!

Whether you are in Australia or not, this must be seen and shared, it's deeply upsetting for anyone with a love of marine life and our oceans, but it's so important to get this message out that such a barbaric and proven to be ineffective process is happening! At the end it gives details of how we can help and I implore everyone to do their bit; sign the petition, spread the word, help to try and get this devastating culling stopped. A brilliantly put together documentary with passionate advocates and scientists who are trying their hardest to get the deaf ears of government to listen to reason and sense.

Envoy: Shark Cull is a must watch. We have our governments implementing these "shark control" programs such as shark nets and drum lines to "keep us safe" when in reality there is no evidence that they are keeping us safe and they are just decimating an already extremely threatened species who's population has decreased 90% in 30 years. It's a battle between the government who is trying to protect themselves and their reputations and our marine wildlife who are dying in this cull. And it isn't just sharks. It's whales, turtles, stingrays, dolphins, dugongs. Beautiful marine life, dying tragically all alone struggling for their lives tangled in a net or suffocating on a drum line. We can do better, and this documentary does a great job at getting people to see the bigger picture of what is going on with our beaches and with our wildlife. The ocean is their home and we are only visitors, and sharks have been around for 450 million years and have survived 5 massive extinction events including the one 65 million years ago that killed the dinosaurs. But can they survive the 6th extinction event which is the one that humans are causing them?
