When Dale Archdale's trailer park shuts down, he is forced to move in with his ex wife at her free rental house in an upscale community. Dale manages to catch wind of a Chili Cook-off with enough prize money to save his beloved trailer park. However, he must face his snooty neighbors, an angry mob boss, and shenanigans from his inbred pack of hillbilly friends and family members along the way.

This movie is rude and crude, that is it's charm. Stereotypes- ethnic, cultural, political and social class are exploited. Everyone gets their turn in the barrel, reminiscent of "Blazing Saddles." Not high art by ant means. Just a fun movie to enjoy, preferably under the influence.
I'm all in on this one. Having spent some time myself on the project, I can honestly say these people behind it have a great sense of humor and were a wonderful joy to be around! Please support this little independent redneck comedy with a beer and some nuts! No thinking required, just sit back and let it flow! Will purchase the DVD and watch again once available!
Dale doesn't disappoint. He's straight forward. If he's your friend, he's your friend for life, through thick and thin. Dale likes things to be on the side of "right" and then fights for it. Heart of gold the guy has. Never judges. Is zany, wacky and loves his life.
Overall, needs polish, but there are some funny bits here. Like stuff that pops into your head the next day. I could watch this as a show.
