I could have watched any of the makers in this film for the entire hour and three quarters. Watching musicians use their creations to create beauty through music was a plus. Some memorable quotes: "Really, what I'm going for, what I'm using, is genius trees. For that reason, the wood is everything in my bows."--Charles Espey. "You know, the violin gets all the press, although we know the bow is more important."--a completely unbiased statement from bowmaker Matt Wehling. ;-) An inspirational film for anyone interested in bowed instruments, and the bows themselves.
