ODYSSEY OF THE DEAD is a nonsense slice of indie cinema as pretentious as it comes. It's a film filled with arty black and white visuals, seemingly made as a tribute to stylish Italian cinema of old, but they forgot to put a storyline with it. A guy is being investigated for murder but decides to ride around in the back of a rental car (shades of COSMOPOLIS) for a while and ruminate on life in general. This pontificating goes on forever, with some gratuitous nudity and the like, before the credits roll far too late. Things like this I don't even consider real movies as there's no substance whatsoever and no attempt to tell a proper story.
