We loved the characters, casting, dialogues, pictures, music ... A romantic movie full of freshness and joy.

I mean she never cared for him. So blind. I felt bad for him the whole movie. Wished he found someone who loved him better, not until he had to work so much and be a rug for her. Really at the end I'd hoped she had been killed off and he was getting consoled by a good woman that actually saw him & then he learns what being in love actually is like. Overall good enough to watch once when u didn't find something else.

It's so absurd, beyond the magical French absurdism that can make French films lovely and appreciable. There is an agenda behind this that is just ridiculous. It just feels very propagandist. . . France has great absurdist films that you can enjoy. But this is absolutely arrogant in its delivery. A healthy man must have a healthy set of male friends (or father figure) to know what it means to be strong but gentle, responsible but free to speak, firm but generous in the interpretation of other people's actions... take complete accountability for actions (no matter how hard it is to do so) that may have been emotionally initiated, instead of rationalizing it endlessly and using empathy as an excuse.
From the beginning to the end a total cliche. Bad script, decent acting but not recommending.
