A future that's reality is a far cry from the one we live in today. The Earth has been sent out of control, affected by a cruel and inhuman mechanism that turns back Darwin's theory of Evolution.

This was probably the worst dystopian ever written, directed and acted I've ever seen. The promise of the plot sounds interesting and they eagerly mention Darwin's evolution theory, but nothing in the movie will give you a clue about what happened. Or would not be even remotely related to Darwin. A freshman student in a director school will be able to properly set a much better movie than this one. Please make yourself a favor and don't waste your time, go see something. Characters are poorly develop and their motives are very forced. Relationships are presented as intense, but they knew each other for 2 months and that's enough for him to make "the journey" to "save her", nonsense. Worst part is when the main character narrates some cheesy shenanigans, a very lazy monologue about life, love and how terrible the world is. Oh, an the first scene in the movie has no point at all.

Involution was dystopian and really well done, beautifully photographed and different than most things that come along. And the crazy dude was awesome. If you like an ounce of depth, check this director out.
Lots of good ingredients - cast, cinematography, sound, production design - all chopped up into cinema salad. I don't really know what it was about. It wasn't bad. It wasn't good. I just was.
