Cute movie, enjoyed Andrea in this film more than her other movies. Thought Andrea and Patch had a good and natural chemistry. The movie setting was an added bonus-beautiful scenery!

This movie had all the potential to be a relaxing feel-good movie but the screenplay was lazy and the actors didn't have the chemistry to pull off a lacking script. Without giving the ending away, I can tell you that it's a lazy one and very unrealistic. It felt like they just glued a couple of really quick demo clips at the end and called it a day. The chemistry also falls flat. The leads aren't really given the opportunity to create that spark, that obvious undeniable romance the viewer feels when an on-screen romance just works and the chemisty is flying through the screen. As a result, this movie completely falls flat. I don't think there's anything wrong with the actors, they're of the reasonable quality I would expect from a tv romance movie, they just weren't handed the script and production quality to make this movie work. In summary, it's a compilation of individual elements of the standard maid-of-honor romance movie but there is no sliver of that movie magic that can make an easy to watch, predictable movie work. This screenplay lacks so much effort that it prevents the cast from pulling off a very standard tv romance movie.

I usually like cheesy Hallmark movies, but not this one. Hold onto your pantaloons, this isn't a nice review. It's like they were reading lines from a script, it really didn't flow, it was very robotic. Who would actually "pull the camper around" after being asked how many at fits (15-16), and then there are only 7 people where they secretly got married? I get these movies aren't usually realistic, but dude had that camper set up so nicely, he couldn't just "pull it around"🙄 And who would actually be happy waiting around forever at a venue only to find out the couple had already gotten married?! The maid of honour's "speech" was absolutely lame, and the way she pushed her shoulders up when she kissed him?! I got third-hand embarrassment watching this...so cringe! This one was very drawn out, extremely cheesy on the cheesy rating scale, and definitely vomit inducing...

This movie uses a lot of the common formula plot threads. TV host, Gwen gets dumped by her fiancé and a video of the breakup goes viral. She escapes to a small town for her best friend's wedding. She works closely with the best man, Josh, on wedding details. Career worries dog her time there. Brad is facing career choices as well. There are more such threads, but that gets close to spoilers. I thought Andrea Brooks and Patch May had quiet chemistry. Tristan Shire was poor as Brad. The dialogue was average and maybe even flat at times. I got a good laugh out of the scene with the county clerk. I was a little disappointed that the various directors took advantage of Andrea's more obvious features and her wardrobe in at least two scenes. Not quite dirty, but it was noticeable in those instances. Based on the above, you might expect I didn't enjoy the movie. Yet I did enjoy it. I think Andrea Brooks, her character and personality, was mostly responsible for that. (Don't get me wrong. She is also easy on the eyes.)

Beautiful scenery and visually appealing but sadly ruined by the lack of chemistry between the two main characters. They always seemed to be trying too hard to fake it. The second couple who were getting married were far more convincing.

I like Andrea Brooks particularly in When Calls the Heart but her character in this film is so false with a high-pitched whiney, fast-talking dialogue. The only redeeming feature of this film is the location which is gorgeous.

Living in the present moment, beyond the need to always have a detailed plan, we need to assimilate this! And the relaxed and happy healthy smile of the bride? .... a breath of fresh and clean air is this film. One day we will be able to live like this in everyday reality.

This is a comfort chick flick with predictable plot and passable acting, elevated by beautiful scenery. Every character is stereotypically nice. But what is a feel-good ROM-COM without its harmless tropes? Just kick back, suspend your belief, and enjoy this little gem!
