المحققان الخاصان (نيك) و(تشارلي)، يعيشان ويعملان في (مانيلا). يقودهما تحقيق في جريمة قتل إلى معسكر بالأدغال لخلية إرهابية دولية تُدعى (الغضب). مع انعدام ثقتهما في الشرطة، يجمع نيك وتشارلي فريق من المتهورين، ثم ينطلقان بهم إلى مقر خلية الغضب للقضاء عليها.
