I actually really liked watching this movie! It was very quirky, fun, and definitely interesting. There were a lot of funny moments that kept me laughing, which made me want to know more about the story and certain characters within the film as it progressed. I would say my favorite character was Ruth played by Amanda Melby. I also really liked the script and how the actors brought the lines within the scenes to life in the film. Overall, I thought that this was good movie to watch. I would definitely recommend it to people looking for something that will make them laugh and be happy.

I showed this feature to my movie club, and the response was unanimously positive. As someone who taught English some years ago, I appreciate its well structured plot and its dialogue with no wasted words. The screenplay offers a lot of clever detail and imagination in a story that combines the silly with the serious. Crisp direction and pitch-perfect acting make watching this movie enjoyable for anyone who's willing to forgive a few rude words. There's no sex or violence, just a fun and engaging story from start to finish.

This movie wittily uses facts about the least-known president in a way that had me laughing the whole time! For a film with such a zany concept, I was pleasantly surprised with how subtle many of the jokes were and the laid-back pace of the story. The film never seemed slow or erratic. Although a part of me does feel that a flick with a premise as absurd as this one demands a more absurd storyline, I was satisfied with the ending and enjoyed it from start to finish. This was a damn good flick!

This movie is a breath of fresh air. It is unique, quirky and fun. All the performances are spectacular, especially Rene as President Buchanan. I highly recommend watching it!

This movie title makes you think a lot of things - but what it actually is - is so much more. Funny, heartwarming and it makes you think. A film about forgiveness and redemption that keeps you laughing and not always knowing what to expect. I highly recommend this film! Disregard what you may have heard about it's political bend....it's really not about politics oddly enough...it's about remembering the best in yourself and others. Check it out - you won't be sorry.

Totally original script acted out wonderfully. Great to learn something about the 15th President . More of a Drama Fantasy than a Comedy but Presidentially Humorous Nice Soundtrack and Movies with Mr M Emmet Walsh in Cast always worth a See !! RIP Rene Auberjonois
