يتناول الفيلم رحلة شقيقين صغيرين يرافقان والدهما خلال فترة أزمة الانتخابات النيجيرية عام 1993، حيث يجوبون شوارع لاجوس ويكتشفون اتساعها وضجيجها، بينما يواجه الأب صراعاته اليومية وسط تصاعد الاضطرابات السياسية التي تهدد عودتهم إلى المنزل.
