Good family movie. Tae Bong is absolutely adorable and you can't help bot fall in love with him.
This is definitely one of my all-time favourite movies, which I will continuously rewatch! A family friendly movie with an adorable Main Character Tae Bong w* is not only adorable but clever, smart and yet childishly innocent. The fact that Tae Bong can only speak Korean and that the mother is the only meditator in all of this makes the story even more funny, heartbreaking and full filling. It is obvious after a few scenes that Li Yan has already formed a bond with his son, and the fact that Tae Bong's biggest desire gets fulfilled when they visit Li Yan's *me is even more heart-warming. With a fulfilling ending, is the movie over all extremely fun to watch, alone with friends or family. As to the romance, it is growing real slow and definitely is not the main focus in this movie. There definitely are a few romantic nuances, *wever romance is not the main priority, which I was totally fine by. However, for t*se w* are looking for a dramatic love story, this is definitely not it. It could be viewed as a prequel to a love story. However, the bonds between the characters makes that totally up. The existing language barrier creates a different kind of comedic entertainment which does not only bring laughter but also one feeling emotions of adoring our Main Characters. I actually would have given it an 9.5 just because there was a lack of ending or better said reveal in the ending, but that is sadly not possible.
