Yuckkkk...what did i just see??? What kind of movies r we making these days? Glorifies all the wrongs in a civilized society. Sans logic...sans common sense. Hero is a traitor from all angles. Poor script, poor direction, bad BGM, reasonable cinematography n reasonable acting by the leads. Not worth the time or effort. Being n admirer of Vikram 'am highly disappointed.

Yes, this movie talks about, Who is Right ? One who left the family to satisfy his own dreams or the one who lives with the family to satisfy the society ? Karthik Subbaraj dealt this sensible issue in the most commercial mannaer. The Character Vikram played has many many shades and this man just killed it with ease. Hats off sir. Looking forward for many more. And his son, Dhruv Vikram plays the equally tough cop and this dude simply owns the screen with his macho looks. Well done young man. Overall its an satisfying movie experience for me, Do watch out people.

Vikram's extraordinary acting and screenplay design was good in the first half of the film. But, there are a lot of unnecessary scenes throughout the second part! . The scene where "Gandhi" and his "wife" take care of each other after a long day should have been written more strongly. As usual it was wonderful to see the re-introduction of "traditional Tamil cinema theory" like "Rowdy Daddy's" son is "Police", "father-in-law's" nephew is "Police" ! . It is necessary to learn our "dhruv vikram" acting from "Guru Somasundaram" who turned "Assault Sethu" into an actor! .

Again a worst film maked by Karthik subburaj "Jagame thanthiram" now "mahaan". Making and screen play waste. Acting ok, in some places over acting. Really disappointed.

It started nicely, then excited me, then thrilled me,.... And, then disappointed me heavily...and, then ended in a very strange manner... So, in other words, the story is not an easy one to digest for anyone... If you can accept that fact, then watch it. Good luck. ( P. S. if you liked Mani ratnam's "Chekka Chivantha Vaanam", then you might like this one)

This is what we want....this is the type of gangster/mafia we want. Thanks to karthik subbaraj for creating this masterpiece. This movie was honestly just amazing in every aspect. Hopefully as time and cinema evolves, tamil cinema will create more gangster and mafia films like this, and even better.
