It were possible to euthanize a film.... It's movies like this that make me wonder, what good you could have accomplished with your money instead of wasting it on whatever this was. Sad. But then again, it's your money to waste.

It was a wednesday night, my friend and i were scrolling through peacock looking for a movie, we stumbled across this movie, and lets just say this movie changed our lives for the better. We are now always on the lookout for a dogfaced man in a yellow and black flannel so we can just tell him that he changed our lives. This movie cured my depression and gave me an extra 10 years on my life. The camera work was spectacular, breathtaking even. This movie deserves a grammy for real! The actors in this movie really made me believe in myself again. I recommend this movie to everyone, it is so great!

I'm glad there's more creative Black Americans horror movies. Watch movie with a modern day perspective....the actors and actresses portraying different characters shows the range of their superb acting abilities and creativity.

HEY EVERYBODY ITS ME, (4) and today we review , " my wifes loving pet name for me " ...the movie !!!!!!!!!! ........ so i actually stumbled across this in a facebook post in one of my horror groups and searched it out considering horror films is life for me ... and reviewing them is ...second life ? ... anyways ...... obviously an indie film, low budget but surprisingly doesnt feel like it most of the time ..... i have 1 single legit complaint about this film and i wont spoil it for people who havnt seen it BUT i will say this ..... CGI ... and thats it ........ other wise this one has some nice shots, and is well done all across the board , from lighting to the acting , location, and just everything plays well with each other .... from the beginning it had me wondering if it was a dream or what , like the film "jacobs ladder" i questioned all sorts of different possibilities BUT it kept me guessing up to the end so good job there, the acting DOES have a couple of spots that at first i thought was being stiff .... BUT as those scenes played out i realized how well the "awkwardness" of the acting REALLY helps sell that scene its self ... so in this movie you actually have to pay attention throughout or you will be left kind of confused or even thinking parts are BADLY done when in fact the characters are acting like nothing is wrong on purpose to fit the scenes etc ....... so again well done ......... i was VERY surprised about this film, it ended up being WAY more entertaining than i thought it would be, and kept me guessing ....it uses minimal cast but provides a double down on using them , its well written and well acted ... i mean i really cant say much bad about it or even make fun of it ... and that makes my reviews not funny lol... dang ........ so good job to your whole team, and best of luck on the next one, IF you had a bigger budget i think the only thing it would have helped would have been the quality of the project and honestly .... that isnt that big of a deal, to some people sure but those people have no soul when it comes to film, they ONLY care about billion dollar film FX and such ..... oh and also i thought from watching the trailer that MAYBE the dogface mask thing MIGHT end up looking bad/be cheesy in the actual film ... but nope .. not really ... it wasnt too noticeable as a mask , i mean it doesnt move or anything but it never stuck out like a terribly done mask either ... it just kind of was there and looked fine .... da**it you really could have given me something to hate on in this SOMETHING to make fun of !!!! Lol.... hands down one of the better indie films ive seen in the past year easy 8/10.

Hondo (John Pratt) buys an apartment where odd things happened. He deals in pot and is on medication. He sees and hears things that relate to the past murders. When things start to go crazy, he wakes up from a dream. He then goes to a rented home with a group of friends, but the haunting continues. Perhaps one of the better films out of Atlanta. Shaheed Phillip added a creepy Tony Todd voice. It started out good, but when they went to the other house the film seemed to come apart as they added some nonsense good vs evil at the end to a go haunting story. Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity.

My review of this movie goes as such. The plot was rushed in my opinion. This movie had its good elements and some were horrible. First, the good. The story itself is a good story. The shots that were taken were actually very good with the angles, and transitions. Now the bad, the acting could have been better, some camera shots were shaky, and the movie felt rushed as well. There is a lot of deepity happening, meaning a lot of things that were said was trying to be deep, but after analyzing it was clear nothing was deep. Now I love black shows, black people, and black stuff, but I am exhausted with the "though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil". It's almost said in everything with a black cast. I thought the acting was bad. The line also, "Black people have been a endangered species" is not actually a thing. Blacks are human like everyone else, not a different species for one. Next, no we are not endangered. It kind of confused me to see a book appear out of nowhere and all the black people were calm and going with the flow and start daring him to mess with this random book that popped out of thin air. The scene where the cop got his head cut off by dog face, would be a bloody mess. Some blood on his clothes, or at least on the wall. Then the super powers getting involved with prophecy. The dark world for evil dogs and Witches? I am over this original man nonsense as well as a black man. If you study science, science has never said that black people weren't the original people of the world that started evolution in the first place. The ending of this movie left me expecting more to happen.

You have to know this is an extremely low budget horror movie with amateurish acting and barely any plot. You understand that, right? Because none of that should be surprising to anyone who chooses to watch something like this. Dogface doesn't do anything original or memorable, but it is entertaining enough. The story makes no sense, but it's still fun to see the characters get freaked out by all the crazy stuff that goes on. Also, I enjoyed the dialog. Easy enough to watch once.

Not so scary. Not so well made, written, acted or directed. It feels like a school project. A man buys a house on the cheap; comes to find out 30 years ago the owner killed his wife and their 20 dogs. When our hero moves in, guess what? It's haunted! The best things about this movie is the cast each plays two parts, one part as a person and one part as a ghost; the other best thing is the beautiful golden Atlanta dome.

I'm not into scary movies, so I was a little hesitant to click and watch, BUT let me tell you, it's something to watch and make you think. Great story line! Watch for your self! Can't wait for a part two!
