But try these exercises. 1-Pogos, 2- One Leg jumps off a box 3-Superman 1 leg jump 4- Depth drop of box, Do these after a warm up and before other sessions or workouts, or even as a separate workout solely focusing on plyometrics while you are fresh and have energy. You need to give these exercises full attention and energy to get the best from these. Plyometrics are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power and speed. This training focuses on learning to move from a muscle extension to a contraction in a rapid or "explosive" manner, such as in specialized repeated jumping.
