Highlight of the show was Ms. Rasika Shekar. Rasika is an Indo-American flautist and singer, who plays the bansuri. Her journey from chemical engineer to music is  fantastic. Amazingly talented Rasika Shekar matches every word of Shankar Mahavedan singing with her flute. The well-known classical singers performanced in this concert. Over 13,000 people attended the show and experienced a captivating performance by the music #ShankarMahadevan is one of the most popular singers in the industry. Shankar Mahadevan (born 3 March 1967) is an Indian singer and composer who is part of the #ShankarEhsaanLoy composing trio team for Indian films. Shankar Mahadevan was born in Chembur, Mumbai into a Tamil speaking family from Palakkad, Kerala. He learned Carnatic music as a child, and began playing the veena at the age of five. Mahadevan studied music under Pandit Shrinivas Khale. He is an alumnus of Our Lady of Perpetual Succor High School, Chembur and graduated in 1988 with a degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from the Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology in Navi Mumbai, affiliated to Mumbai University, and was a software engineer for the company, Leading Edge. After working for Leading Edge Systems (now Trigyn Technologies Limited), Mahadevan ventured into music. He also acted as 'Pandit Ji' in a marathi film named #KatyarKaljatGhusli and also sung songs for that movie. Mahadevan also composed songs for for many movies in bollywood like 'Taare Zameen Par', 'Raazi', 'Happy New Year', 'Dil Dhadakne Do', 'Dostana',etc. 2000  he is the #National Film Award winner for #Best Male Playback Singer - "Yenna Solla Pogirai" - Kandukondain Kandukondain. 2019 he is also the #PadmaShriAwardwinner for
