Cornelius, the Howling Miller [Portuguese]

A village is visited by a mysterious visitor, Cornelius Bloom, who starts building a mill. The new miller is welcomed at first, but unfortunately he has a flaw: every night he howls at the moon, preventing the villagers from sleeping.
