2023 Christmas Charity Workout @ Tiger Muay Thai

Highlights of the special Christmas charity workout held here at Tiger Muay Thai a couple of weeks ago 🎁💪 There was a great turn out, with 90 people coming to donate a toy to charity and take part in a fun group workout with a series of challenges, with a live DJ providing festive tunes. We also had prizes for winners of the challenges, and giveaways of free coffee and food.
