I Spit on Your Grave

Sarah Butler's acting was so painfully bad and the revenge part was so awful. She went through so much physical damage, survived on rats, breathed underneath water for hours, and yet was so healthy and strong to drag and lift heavy ahh men. and she got all of them without a scratch. yeah sure. lmao. at least make it make sense. and everything was happening like a typical horror movie, phone falling in the toilet, wine spilling, matthew knocking himself out, and most importantly who tf randomly kisses the plumber for fixing their pipes??? wtf was that smdh... haven't seen the original but oh boy, heavily regret watching this dumb remake.

I kind of liked this film even though I'm not a big fan of it. Sarah Butler was great in this rape-revenge thriller remake, now I have not seen the original 70's film, but my dad seen that version and liked it. That's when I first heard of this title way back when I was 11 in 2001. I have to admit seeing her take out her attackers one by one was kinda cool and very satisfying and even the ending was satisfying yet eerie. I would probably see this again, even though the ending's the best part. Overall, I kinda liked it, but it's not my favorite type of movie. But Sarah Butler was great and very super sexy, she gives one hell of a performance in it. I give it a 4/10. It's alright but not great, I could at least watch this on a rainy day if there is nothing better to watch.
