I have produced a new 90 Second Boxing Tips video that gives you 4 tips on fatigue, how to ideally avoid it but when it comes how to properly deal with it. This is not rocket science but is well worth some time to review and think about how to manage a situation when you are in the throes of fatigue. If you cannot control yourself, how do you hope to control an opponent? The tips are: 1. Do the right boxing training to avoid fatigue in the first place 2. Use efficient punches 3.
