This time, it's Mayhem 2000... what could possibly go wrong? WCW Mayhem 2000 is a seriously overbooked show. With 12 matches in total, this one seems to go on forever. The show does, however, feature a main event pitting WCW Champion Booker T against challenger Scott Steiner, and going into this show many believed that this would finally be Steiner's crowning moment. The main event is a Caged Heat Steel Cage Straitjacket match, and the outcome would please many fans of Big Poppa Pump. Elsewhere on the show Kevin Nash and DDP team up for a tag title shot against The Perfect Event, Lex Luger tries to end Goldberg's streak when he faces the man himself in the semi main event, and Lance Storm tries to win back his US Championship when he faces General Rection. This video is part of the Wrestling Bios "Reliving The War" series. 00:00 - Welcome to WCW Mayhem 2000 01:25 - Kwee Wee vs Mike Sanders 04:21 - 3 Count vs Jung Dragons - Noble & Karagias 06:08 - Mancow vs Jimmy Hart 08:24 - Hardcore Triple Threat 09:37 - Filthy Animals vs Alex Wright & Kronik 12:09 - Shane Douglas vs Ernest Miller 15:03 - Bam Bam Bigelow vs A-Wall 17:23 - Lance Storm vs General Rection 19:42 - Jeff Jarrett vs Buff Bagwell 22:48 - Nash & DDP vs Perfect Event 25:47 - Lex Luger vs Goldberg 27:37 - Booker T vs Scott Steiner 31:47 - Final Thoughts
