Amanda Nunes is one of the fiercest women on the planet... Absolutely the Lioness is dangerous. Starting Karate from the age of 4, she then went on to take boxing age 16... The rest was history. At this point the woman looks virtually invincible, not even Chris Cyborg stood a chance. In her recent bout, she broke narrative from relying on her hands, and finished Holly Holm with a round house... but not just any round house... She used a karate roundhouse landing with the instep. In this segment we will be taking a closer glance at just that, using other practitioners to highlight this and similar kicks as well (Robert Whittaker, Israel Adesanya, Georges Saint Pierre, Rose Namajunas, Lyoto Machida). Thank you for joining me on this breakdown as we take a closer glance. Music: ⚛️ Ento https://soundcloud.com/enthoofficial Download https://www.heroboard.es/v2/?id=w5uAO...
