Thus, if you watch the full workout I did with Danny Boy waay back when, you'll see me struggle probably more than in any other session. But that doesn't mean I didn't learn heaps from this fella and incorporate many of his techniques into my own routine... Here we're doing pull-ups but with a twist; you hold at the top, middle and lower positions for 10 seconds each.
