Join Wai Ting, Jordan Goodman and the POST Wrestling community for Episode 4 of The Wellness Policy as we discuss the wildly successful anti-self help book, The Subtle Art of Not Giving A Fuck: A Counterintuitive Approach To Living A Good Life by Mark Manson. We explore the many concepts presented in the book and discuss why we believe it has resonated with millions of readers. We offer our perspectives on many of the lessons and philosophies presented, including how Jordan’s acknowledgment of his inevitable death led to his job with Ring of Honor. We then open it up to the POST Wrestling community to share their thoughts on the book and topics presented in our chat. Got a question for The Wellness Policy? https://forum.postwrestling.com/t/the-wellness-policy-questions-discussion-thread/12723/ Next month, we welcome artist and co-host of the Creative Rebels podcast, David Speed! You’ve likely seen his beautiful mural of Brodie Lee in London. He suggested the book, The Practice, by marketing and leadership pioneer, Seth Godin. You can also check out Seth’s recent conversation about the book with David on Creative Rebels.
