In this video, I tested TikTok’s Most VIRAL ‘Healthy’ Dessert Recipes to see if they're actually worth trying. As I've said before, I don't love the term 'healthy dessert' because all foods can be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet, but I love testing these recipes out, because some of them are actually delicious! Which was your favourite 'Healthy' dessert? Which one would you like to try? Let me know if there are any other 'healthy' desserts I should try! The TikTok recipes I reviewed are below: Blueberry cheesecake by Aussiefitness Banana carrot cake by Doctorbowl Blueberry muffins by Fitfoodieselma No-bake brownies by TheBigMansWorld Banana Snickers by Lowcarblove Give them a follow and check them out on TikTok ❤️ ╔═╦╗╔╦╗╔═╦═╦╦╦╦╗╔═╗ ║╚╣║║║╚╣╚╣╔╣╔╣║╚╣═╣ ╠╗║╚╝║║╠╗║╚╣║║║║║═╣ ╚═╩══╩═╩═╩═╩╝╚╩═╩═╝ Snapchat: /fitwaffle Facebook: /fitwaffle Tik Tok: /fitwaffle Instagram: /fitwafflekitchen Recipes: https://fitwafflekitchen.com/ ORDER MY BOOKS HERE!
