Appreciate my work? feel free to buy me a coffee: https://ko-fi.com/rewmitchell Why not refocus your life with this mental exercise. I decided to create this series of videos during the global lockdown. Although this series can be watched at any time, right now most people have extra time on their hands. So why not take a few minutes out of your day to quietly sit and ponder some searching questions. I personally use these and found them interesting, so I thought some of you might also find a use for them. They stem from Chinese philosophy, the I-Ching to be exact. I rediscovered the potency of this source during the research of my recent martial arts book. Although this is not the typical type of video this channel creates, I hope that someone else out there finds this series useful, or at least a little mind-expanding. 🍏 WATCH NEXT: ○ Hexagram 34: Great Vigour - https://youtu.be/Tl4s7r8gjrQ ○ Hexagram 35: Advancing - https://youtu.be/E3C-3f4tWfA ○ Hexagram 36: Brightness Hidden - https://youtu.be/H_WXUPCw79Q 🍊 COME SAY HI!
