Does Taekwondo work in mma? I don't mean a standard round house. I don't mean the side kick. I don't even mean the spinning back kick. I mean flying through the air reverse 720 somersault helicopter something kick. Because Yair does that. Almost every fight... He does something, like that. Flying through the air he's mastered a rare level of taekwondo you might not ever see in mixed martial arts again. When you pair this unique aptitude for taekwondo with Muay Thai, boxing and grappling, the rest of the kit... Truly we are witnessing a special level of athlete. Thank you for joining me as we take a closer glance. #picasso Music: audiolibrary Mysteries - Dan Lebowitz
