Welcome to my fitness journey 2022. I'm planning on losing some weight by doing home workouts, so to keep myself accountable I will be vlogging my weight loss journey over the next 12 week, that's how long I plan to give myself. I'm 10kg overweight so lets see how close I can to that target in 12 weeks. I'll be uploading 2x a week so consider subscribing to follow the journey.
