With Raw is War airing on the USA Network and WCW Nitro airing on TNT fans had to choose which show to watch, resulting in both organizations getting caught up in a weekly ratings war. Reliving The War compares Raw and Nitro matches and promos weekly to see which show was the best. This week's Nitro takes place 2 days after Souled Out '98 and Macho Man Randy Savage isn't happy with his nWo teammates. Lex Luger battles Scott Hall in the Nitro main event, and Davey Boy Smith makes his WCW return with a match against Steve "Mongo" McMichael. The WWF are enjoying a ton of media attention thanks to the actions of Stone Cold Steve Austin and Mike Tyson last week. Steve Austin addresses Tyson on this week's episode of Raw.
