This creamy chicken recipe with sun dried tomatoes has very rich flavors from cream, butter and herbs. Its so good and very popular. INGREDIENTS 1Tbs Vegetable oil 1 Tbs Butter 2 lb. Chicken breast, skinless, boneless and trimmed of excess fat. 1/2 C All purpose flour Salt and pepper 1 Shallot, finely diced 1 Tbs Garlic, chopped 1.5 C Chicken stock 1 Tsp Dried oregano 1/2 Tsp Dried thyme 1/4 Tsp Red pepper flakes ( optional ) 1 C Heavy cream 1/2 C Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 Sun dried tomatoes, cut into stripes Fresh Basil or Parsley to finish and garnish ( I used parsley )
