Whether you are falling in or out of love, memories remain that much more vivid if feelings are related through a song and, here at last, is such a track – composed by Siddharth Kasyap and written by Shakeel Azmi – in “Mahi Ve”. When you dig deeper into the roots of the lyrics, “Mahi Ve” discusses the resultant obsession when a girl gets involved in the clutches of a lover. Her thoughts for him remain awake, paradoxically throughout the night, in a manner whereby even day turns into night. ”Mahi Ve” is a micro take on a woman in love where love stands the test of time through suspended animation. The song, while sung by Geetanjali More with Vinnie Hutton on guitar, is musically focused on the sound direction that the new decade is heading towards with an intersection of electronica and industrial funk, wherein the preset arrangement perfectly blends with Siddharth Kasyap’s ideal keyboard lines. Surely, “Mahi Ve” is a song that cuts across all ages through its lyrics and with its futuristic sound. If you like please subscribe and share with your loved ones and we await your comments…….
