Layne is waiting for her opponent in the ring when she is attacked from behind by Roni. Taking advantage of her surprise assault, Roni dominates the opening moments of the match, making the most of her power (and the absence of a match official to put a halt to her frequent corner-cutting). Despite Roni's strong opening, Layne does not go down easily, refusing to give up even when a Sleeperhold leaves her almost knocked out. Eventually, Layne's perseverance pays off and she turns the tide with a chinbreaker that leaves Roni reeling. Now the contest is a back and forth competition and Layne continues to battle on. Roni comes close to another KO, but still Layne holds her ground. In the end, a big DDT sends one of these women crashing to the canvas and allows her opponent to score the decisive 1-2-3.
