My 10 punch system for coaching students especially children #boxing #boxingtips #boxingcoaching I’m an amateur boxing coach, here to help people get fit and healthy through boxing and exercise the halal way whether in the gym or workouts at home. Perfect channel for boxing tips for beginners!.. Follow me on my other Social Media platforms Insta -   / keefya_boxing   TikTok -   / keefy_a_boxing   Facebook -   / keefyaboxing This video is perfect for beginners to boxing, wanting to learn basic boxing and improve your boxing skills, so you become a better boxer and fighter. This is 10 punch system where each punch has a number and then when I make a combination sequence they know which punches to throw. So instead of giving long named combinations I give them shorter numbered orders. For example 112 is double lead hand jab and backhand cross. As you can see the number version is shorter and easy to give as instructions. 1/2 straight punches to the head 3/4 hooks to the head 5/6 uppercuts 7/8 hooks to the body 9/10 straight punches to the body Boxing is a repetitive sport so you have to repeat and rinse the training to become better. Whether you are boxing for fitness, boxing for sport, boxing as a hobby or even as a career. It is crucial to do some self learning and here is a video and channel aiding your progress.
