A warm shoutout to Diana from Toledo, Spain 🇪🇸! After hearing about us from Spanish champion Marisa Delgado, Diana stepped into Insee Muay Thai for a single session — and ended up extending her entire stay to train deeper! From our dedicated Krus who bring unique teaching styles to our breezy, open gym atmosphere, we're thrilled to have transformed her perspective on martial arts and training. Looking for a gym where technique, passion, and positive energy meet?
