Waiting for Gorgo

I'm sure budgetary restraints kept them from having a great ending to the film but isn't that the problem with any genre that requires a big budget for special effects? I can't fault the writers for not coming up with a more satisfying ending; I couldn't come up with anything clever myself. I don't want spoil the ending because the film is worth watching. I've taken away 2 stars because of the ending. This film does deliver an important message - the DMOA is alive and efficient, doing its job for the Department of Defense. Please, take 19 minutes and watch this salute to the DMOA and let's keep funding it.
