Truth or Double Dare (TODD)

This movie changed my life in a way I didn't think possible. I have become enlightened to a level of pure nirvana, as it influenced the very fabric of my reality with each chilling scene. Every twist warped my perception, only getting deeper as the characters explained past events for well over ten minutes each. I will take a DVD copy of "Truth or Double Dare" with me to my grave, as we have developed a symbiotic relationship. Shaquita Smith will go down in history as nothing less than a cinematic genius, and I, for one, am looking forward toward more boner - inducing horror flicks in the future.

This is just one of those movies that either you'll like it or hate it. Parts are overreacted, but the double twist at the end isn't expected. This one centers on a masked killer who takes out a group of old high school friends who attend a 10 year reunion bash at a lavish party house. There is a truth or dare game being played that is orchestrated by the killer to turn the panicked friends against each other. Once dark and shameful secrets emerge, it causes someone in the house to go berserk. Most of the killings are stabbings with a splash of blood. Not much gore or any of the fun stuff in it. I will personally say that I didn't have the killers identity figured out and I've seen a bunch of these types of films, so they did a pretty decent job keeping it a secret. Also the cinematography was nice, but some of the acting was wretched.

This is one of the absolute worst I've seen in a long time!! Acting is extremely unreal at best. Story line just puts you to sleep and is way too predictable. Don't waste your time watching it!!

TRUTH OR DOUBLE DARE is another extremely boring indie horror flick based around the game of truth or dare; the subject has been done so much better in the past. This one goes for a grungy look but aside from some mild nastiness it's a very empty viewing experience with a seen-it-all-before feel. It's also too long, with too many characters doing very little, and possessing nasty-looking choppy editing.

It was a trash heap. It's about teens, ten years later now adults, meeting and playing a game. The movie is bad, yes....but it had funny dialogue and funny cringe worthy scenes. WHat it needs was some T&A.....you know sex. That might have saved the movie and made it passable. It's missing fun. A lot of good bad movies are fun and sexy. This movie lacked both, but it especially lacked nudity. Really needed female nudity badly.

Everything about this movie is just perfect. I mean, this is a new level of the horror cinema and the whole world should see it. Oscars, Oscars across the board.
