After viewing this mysterious mostly farsi languaged american horror production called'' the night''. its a happy day ending in a nigthmare of a nightmare inside another nightmare that has it suggesive properties to fool you the viewer into the same state of disbelief.. its a film that the squemish might not acclaim due to lack of originality, but the way this was executed is brilliant.. i shall not spoil the story cause ive to see it 3 times more to phatom all the little things as they say, just view it... its a small cast that relly delivers the goods of silver screen gold, its slow, but ever so shifting and confusionally plotted, you think you know why but youll have to ditch your explotations again and again. the filmographic work along with great editing gives an immense float, the score makes your spine chill at moments, and the light and sound effects department has gone bananas softly spoken. at last must the set decorators be lifted out of the dark corner cause they made the banana split into a bouqet of visual impression. so the grumpy old man, who is not keen with this genre, got hooked, gives 7 for originality and story, 10 for the production and 10 for the acting, with a total of 9, a strong recommend
