Since when is it OK to make movies that support terrorists? Che hated all U.S. Americans, and was heavily angered when the USSR decided not to wage nuclear war on the United States. Besides that, the movie forgot to show Che killing innocent families and children who got in his way. It is estimated that he murdered 500-600 people. He is not a revolutionary-he was a terrorist. This movie is a terrible portrayal of Che's life. Maybe next time someone will come out with a love story from Hitler's or Hussein's early life??? Keep all of this in mind when watching this movie! It really disgusts me how Hollywood is gaining support by presenting Communistic ideals.

The movies about Che Guevara on a road trip with his friend and the lousy, but important, motorcycle, who takes them around South America. Not the best movie I've seen. I actually thought it was kinda boring at times, and even though I like the revolutionary Che Guevara, this still wasn't my movie. But, it contained some lines who were hilarious and some fun scenes, and the film had overall a nice tone, but never the less, it didn't give me as much as I expected it too. But, the movie wasn't that bad, so if you have two hours to spend, you could see this. It will not be a waste of time. A sweet film, who missed something to make it good. Overall, on a dice...a 3.

Motorcycle Diaries is a very watchable movie with humour and incidents aplenty. It is purportedly based on the real-life travels through S.America by Che Guevara and his cousin way back in '52. The film doesn't seem very realistic primarily due to Bernal's performance and scripting problems. The real Che was an extremely charismatic man who inspired millions to follow him. The Che in Motorcycle Diaries should be even more intense and charming because of his youth and immense charisma. Instead we get a philosopher who doesn't speak much but feels a lot of pain. I can't believe such a person could lead a revolutionary movement. There is no mention as well of the violent side of Che's personality. Despite all these criticisms, this film can be enjoyed and the vistas of S.America are quite beautiful.

it is not only an adaptation. or a political story. so, different by expectation, it is more profound, beautiful and touching. because it is a map. a travel. and the realities of a land. adventures and bricks for a manner to define reality. an universal subject who has the chance to have a splendid team who knows use it. Garcia Bernal does a splendid work. and the essence of this virtue is the art to transform his character in a image who can be Guevara or Kerouac. a wise science to explore each nuance of story and characters possibilities. for viewer, far to be only a show, it represents a form of experience. because it is a travel in heart of things. a lesson but out of didactic circles. remember of an age spirit, it is a homage to youth and definition of innocence in a special way. a film as a question. or, not only an artistic experience.

Simple adventure story, with average script but definitely not the history of Ernesto Che Guevara. Anyway you can't realize his real experiences, because that is inconceivable and something only legendary Che Guevara managed to do it. Che Guevara was more than history and more than a man, he symbolizes the Resistance, Freedom, Sacrifice of living the free spirit of humanity.. Against Discrimination and torture of Humanity... The film could be great if it lasted 7 hours and with detailed in advanced way script and story including the history category and sure it could get an average of 8.5 stars, and would be a masterpiece of cinematography...
