Step 8: Provide Sun Protection Protect the sugar cane from excessive sunlight by providing shade, especially during the hot summer months. You can use shade cloth or plant taller crops nearby to provide natural shade. Step 9: Watch for Pests and Diseases Monitor the sugar cane for pests and diseases, such as aphids, borers, and rust. Use appropriate insecticides or fungicides if necessary, following the label instructions. Step 10: Harvest the
