Siddhartha

The storyline is derived from a Turkish film by the name of 'su ve ates'. This movie should be called as a Telugu remake of the Turkish one. During the first half, the film is good as it follows the Turkish version with the spices of local culture and people but the second half is written and executed very badly. The film is supposed to be about tragic love. It seems that the film makers used the Turkish script to open the film and then resorted to same old commercial tricks and tropes to sell the film to local audience. Male and female leads made the film bearable to watch in the first half but things went downhill in the second half. Waste of two hours.
