Serena Waits

This was a bad movie. I watched the whole thing hoping that it would get better, it never did. The story was boring and the action only happened in the last 18 minutes. The ending was kinda okay, because they got what they deserved, but the rest of the movie really sucked.

It's a watchable horror movie but that's about where it ends with this one. I wasn't into the storyline and I felt like there were some moments of poor acting that took me out of the film pretty quick and it was hard for me to get back into it. However, there are some cool kills and some cool jump scares in it that definitely worked.

No pun intended - and I am not trying to make light of what she had to go through at all. The story or rather the main message the movie has is ... well I would call it good, but that may also be considered a pun (and maybe not even a good one). There is a lot to be said on what the movie wants to achieve. It is exploitation/revenge - and if that floats your boat, you may be reminded of some movies of the past. It may even have the same flaws you saw with the movies of the 70s for example. Bad acting, some bad choices visually, set design, issues with the low budget, not looking good visually (no pun intended and I am talking about the cinematography or rather the way the movie itself looks). If you don't mind all the flaws, but love it for what it does and says ... well you could do worse.

Filmed from an iphone with no real story, and the cherry on the cake is the atrocious "actor" charles chudabala. He takes the cake of worst actor of all time.
