One of Gracie’s trademarks was his willingness to commit to the submission, being also one of the most accurate submission specialists at the highest level of grappling of all time. Thiago Borges, better known as “Monstro” is a Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt under the illustrious Carlos “Portugues” Vieira, being one of the first black belts to establish himself in London, England.
