Red vs. Blue

This show is not that funny and the characters don't even fight. Its pretty boring and I don't get its kind of humor. Well, okay its sometimes funny, but not that much. Now they use Halo 2. I wish they kept on using Halo 1! The Master Chief looks much cooler in Halo 1. I don't get why this show is rated R either. None of the episodes Iv'e seen have violence, just a bit of language like the f-word and d---. It should be PG or PG-13 for language. It shouldn't even be a movie because all the episodes are just five minutes. I know, you are probably finding this review boring and want to stop reading it. But anyway, if you would like some good mini-movies about Halo, I'd recommend www.xboxottawa.ca. I know, some of the films in there are also pretty stupid, but there is a really good one that I downloaded: FTC 14.

RVB kicks ass! i first came upon red vs blue when i was watching the making of Halo 2, by then they were already almost finished season 2,so i bought the DVD because in my opinion its far better to watch as a whole movie then a bunch of separate files on the computer that are 30 meg each, and thats not particularly healthy for my download limit if u know what i mean :P but whatever suits you, Red Vs Blue is the funniest thing i have ever watched, i was completely new to the idea of using games as skits (machinima) in other words, the 2 funniest characters have to be Church and Sarge! its also brilliant how they display the characters in the game/show, and if it wasn't for the Bug in Halo 1 that causes the characters to look up while pointing the gun down i don't think this would have been possible, its a great series i recommend to all who love games and halo, even the grown ups will like it i bet ;). all in all its a must have! p.s - Red Rules Blue sucks!

I have been watching the RvB series since it began, and there is no other one like it. The cast has a firm grip on voice acting, script writing, and overall directing. Whether you like or dislike video games, this series is sure to put a smile on people's faces. It does contain a fair amount of swearing, and violence, but done in a comical way. By taking a FPS (first person shooter) the creators of the show have taken Bungie's mega X-box hit Halo, and Halo 2, and made a popular internet series called Red vs. Blue. The plot is simple. Two elite teams of Spartans (the future's version of advanced soldiers) are placed in an abandoned wasteland called Blood Gulch. One team is red, the other is blue. They have no idea why they are there, or even why they are fighting for control of the canyon. What they do know is that the other team must be destroyed so victory may be theirs. The RvB Seasons 1-3 get a 10 out of 10.

This is not only the funniest internet series ever, but the funniest thing in existence. Every line is not only a joke, but a plot-advancing joke. Also, it has perfect comedic timing! Better than an other TV show or movie around. How on earth could a bunch of computer nerds from Texas get so funny? But on the other hand of things, sometimes, it's a little slow. They could just be standing and talking, with no real action, for quite a while. Another thing, a lot of times you can't understand what they're saying through their helmet radios. Too much static. Also, this stuff isn't for small children. It contains a lot of "bad" language, violence, and adult humor. But other than those things, it's great. If you still have doubts, just remember: When I first saw it, I watched it with a negative attitude, and not wanting to like it. Now, I'm addicted, and it's not even to something bad for me! BUY THE DVD, or you'll regret it

This is the funniest series on the planet, not including its based on the best game ever! Halo! Everybody should get a kick out of this series, funniest series EVER! www.redvsblue for updated free episodes! Even with a huge rivalry with each other the red vs. blue teams are just like buddies. This seriously needs an award or something for all the work these guys put into making this series. Everybody needs to go buy Season 1 and Season 2 at any gamestop location or at www.redvsblue.com, This is awesome, I need to take up 10 lines for some reason... thats why there's a lot of jib jab. So I apologize for being so annoying but this is the best game based movie series ever made....EVER!!!!

Hilarious. Very good voice acting. They make every glitch and option in the game Halo useful. In season three, Bungie put an extra mode in the game Halo 2, just for them. They do not use mods, however. All of the characters are very diverse, and special. Their website, RedvsBlue.com is extremely nice, with a large, warm community. RvB has inspired many fan fiction, fan-art, and friendships. They have managed to get 60000 members in a relatively short period. In addition to normal episodes, the also have PSA's, or public service announcements, to cover subjects like the fourth of July, Christmas, tattoos, and even politics. They have amazing ways to keep everyone glued to the internet. Even soldiers on military outposts try to get internet just for RvB. On the forums, the crew also is nice to the members, and everyone is very helpful.

Okay, I honestly don't know of a better web series than Red vs. Blue. I told one of my friends about it. He told me he didn't like it. (He hadn't watched any episodes yet... Whiner). I finally forced him to watch it, he then proceeded to download all of the episodes so he could watch them. Red vs. Blue has all the elements of a great show-Great Storyline, (Not Season 1-That was pretty random.) Great writing, and great actors. The last part is especially important. Without the right voices, the characters seem dull and dead, as opposed to being animated, but seeming serious at the same time as being stupid.

There are a few i like, like Tucker: so if i asked you to kill caboose you'd still do it right, event tho were suppose to be on the same team. Tex: is this a Hypothetical Discussion or should we start talking numbers. As well as Church: if these 2 start bugging me i can just turn them off, i couldn't do that before Caboose: you said they were mulfunctioning Church: [turns off ears] Whats that Caboose i can't HEAR you :D anyway, great DVD, it rules,

If any of you have played Halo, you will enjoy this movie. I started watching this from episode one when it was online. Basically, while waiting for Halo 2 these soldiers have started a civil war between red and blue. I recommend this movie to anyone who likes Halo and enjoys a really funny movie. Since we are all waiting until the end of time for Halo 2 to arrive, this will help fill your void. For all of my fellow gamers, buy this movie, you will enjoy it.
