Peter Kay: Live & Back on Nights

I think people got a bit mad when they bought this DVD, thinking it would be a whole new stand-up DVD from the comedy legend that is Peter Kay. However, while this DVD does contain new stand-up material it is linked together by a quite fascinating documentary about Kay's life on the road during his mammoth 'Tour that didn't tour' tour. It all depends on how interesting you find the behind the scenes bits, that's what will decide on how much you enjoy this. For me it does feel like a DVD extra that's been put out as a release in time for the Christmas market who will think it's a whole new lot of material.
