Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois will step into the ring together for the second time — this time with the undisputed heavyweight championship on the line. The fighters first met in 2023, with Usyk successfully defending the WBA, IBF, WBO, IBO, and The Ring titles via ninth-round stoppage. However, the bout was not without controversy as a punch from Dubois in the fifth round was deemed a low blow by the referee, who then allowed Usyk nearly four minutes to recover. To this day, Dubois maintains that the punch was legal, adding spice to an already massive rematch. Additionally, Dubois now comes with the IBF title that Usyk vacated last year, giving both men the opportunity to leave with more belts than they arrived with.
