MY mouthwatering Pappardelle Pasta Al Sugo (Macarrão ao Sugo) is different, simple, quick, easy to make and absolutely delicious. It's a wide pasta variety with a delicate butter sauce made with fresh tomatoes, cheese and other fresh ingredients. My simple sauce is sure to please and it's a little twist from the Pasta Al Sugo I grew up with in my native country of Brazil, where we acquired great Italian influence.
